Our Story
Ninetary was founded in 2002 by the team behind Segval Pty Ltd with a straightforward mission: build homes that families are proud to live in. What started as a small renovation outfit operating across Melbourne's south-east suburbs has grown into a full-service residential building company trusted by homeowners right across the metropolitan area.
From the beginning, we have been a family-run business. That means every project receives genuine personal attention — from the first phone call through to the final walk-through. We do not pass clients between departments or hide behind layers of project managers. The people you meet at your consultation are the same people overseeing your build.
Over the years, we have expanded from bathroom and kitchen renovations into complete home extensions, full-house refurbishments, and knockdown-rebuild projects. Our team has delivered more than 850 residential projects, and many of our clients have returned for second and third builds as their families have grown and their needs have changed.
We remain headquartered at 12 Ebden Street in Moorabbin — the same neighbourhood where it all began. Melbourne is our home, and building within it is our life's work.
